Your business will receive more clients through an effective website that converts visitors to customers, which will, in turn, drive more sales to your business.

Our approach

At Market Ease Business Promotioins, we sell a solution; not a process. We study our clients' businesses and design a solution to meet your objectives and needs. Our custom website design and development services are also much specialised to B2B professional services firms, so staff members are experts in the field.

The process

As with all marketing products, your website should be designed with your target market in mind. Identifying who your customers are will greatly improve your Return on Investment (ROI). This is why our first step to designing all our websites is a careful study of the clients' businesses and needs. This will help us to understand more about you, your business, products and services, and market segment. Your website will then be designed specifically to tailor your target market segment and provide a well defined online strategy.

Below are the steps of our custom web design process:

1. Needs Analysis

We hope to learn more about you, your business, and your products and services through the needs analysis. This will help us to design a website that is more suitable for your business.

  • Your needs: We analyse what you want to achieve out of the website, your main purpose for the website, the image you want to portray, and how you want your website to interact with its users?
  • Visitor needs: This refers to your visitors. More often than not, your needs will not coincide with your visitors' needs. Sometimes we are clouded by want we want that we forget about our visitors' needs. This study will define the needs in a user's perspective to create user-friendly design and content. Think of when a visitor visits your website, what does he/she wish to achieve out of it? What is her/his purpose for visiting your website? Is it to find information, join in on discussions, read updated news, or make a purchase etc.?
  • Pages: We go through with you the amount of different pages required for the website and offer you some suggestions and ideas of what to include. This will help us work out a rough pricing strategy for you.
  • Components/Scripts and Systems: This is where we identify what components are required for your web project. Some examples are:
    • Polls
    • Shopping Carts
    • Membership Systems
    • Forums
    • Events Calendar
    • Photo Gallery etc.
  • Images: Are you supplying all images required for the website or do you require us to supply the images? Do you require imagery and/or photography sessions? All these factors contribute in the final costing of the website.

2. Proposal

Once the needs analysis is completed, we provide you with a proposal and quote for your project, outlining the solutions to each requirement. Once agreed, a contract is signed and we proceed to the implementation.

3. Implementation

Our implementation is divided into 6 stages:

Workbook - The first step of the implementation stage is to encourage our clients to work through a special workbook created and provided by Market Ease Business Promotions to help you brainstorm and think about your businesses to create persuasive and effective websites for their B2B professional services businesses. This workbook is optional, but will give you some good ideas and suggestions on how to layout your website through a marketing perspective.

Images - After completing the workbook, the client will have a clear structure for their website. We then proceed to the content collection stage, where we assemble all of the required text and images for each page and start integrating them into the website design.

Design - This is when we go off and start designing your website. Throughout the process, we will regularly keep in contact with you to inform you of where the project is going and to ensure that we are heading towards the right path with our solutions

Coding – Coding begins upon design approval.  The coding ensures that all modules, components, and scripts are functional. This can include things such as: membership systems, hyperlinks, audio, video, shopping carts, contact forms etc. When the coding is complete, we then check with our clients to make sure that everything works according to their specifications.

Testing
- With the completion of website construction, many tests are performed to make sure that all functions work as intended. In this stage, we encourage you to test the system with us to ensure that the administration panel updates pages correctly and promptly, membership emails send correctly, shopping carts calculate correct amounts, etc. We then go through the checklist of requirements created in the initial proposal to ensure that each requirement is met before handing over the final copy to you.

Training & Support - Upon website completion, we arrange a training session (up to 3 hours) to guide our clients through the management and administration of the website system so that they are able to make updates and manage the website as desired. An additional 6 weeks of unlimited phone and email support is also provided. Onsite support is also available upon request.

4. Review

We generally follow up on our work weeks after completion to ensure that it is continuing to work correctly and meeting the standards. We also provide light help of the CMS and any other technical areas involved in putting a website online.
